Is it possible to convert a windows 7 french edition to English?

My father bought a french edition of windows 7 home premium by mistake.. the installer only gives you a french language option at the (language to install) window, so is there any way to convert this french edition into English?

you can only change the language in the Ultimate edition of windows seven, it sucks

Heres one Problem- When you go to use the key- It will say "Key is not valid for your region".
If u bought a france french and brought it to the uSa….type of situation.. I dont know the whole story on your behalf- but this is what can ahppen..
