Anyone recommend an upgrade for my dell xps m140 graphics card?

I need an upgrade for my dell xps m140 laptop and i want it to be a good graphics card that can handle virtualization and vista as well as gaming. Does anyone have any suggestions and if you could a price range too? Thank you!

The only upgrade you can do in a laptop is add more memory and replace the hard drive if it goes bad.These are the only accessible parts .If you are not a very experienced computer technician and you try to go any deeper I guarantee you a broken laptop.
