I am considering purchasing the Windows 7 Home Premium. We have 2 desktops and 2 laptops. Can I buy one upgrade and share with all pcs?

Hello Melissa,
You will have to purchase a product key for each of your computers, you can use the same disk, but you will need product keys for each upgrade. To get a product key: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Get-a-new-Windows-product-key.

i don’t no actually because i don’t upgrade but they give you a product key by which you can do window 7 in which computer you want …
you only purchase 1 product key with windows so you can only legally use it once. if installed more than once after 30 days it will ask you for the product key and stop access to the software
"Can I buy one upgrade and share with all pcs?" – No
Each computer will need it’s own upgrade. When it was first released, Windows 7 offered a "family pack" that would allow you to upgrade 3 computers, but that offer has expired.
No. Instead go to Frys and get an OEM package. It provides a key good up to three computers.
