Xfire is a good recording software. However, no one wants to see your character running around in WoW.
Use an on-screen recorder, try Fraps or HyperCam
Go to Download.com download a Screen recording Software, like fraps or my screen recorder.

Fraps is cool but sometimes it still sucks on some computers especially laptops.
you can also try some other screen recorders like DemoCreator or BB Flashback if you can’t get your Fraps through.
