How do I get my xbox 360 to my wireless internet?

I bought the adapter today for my xbox 360 and when I tried to set up xbox live it says that it can’t read my internet connection. I have a mac computer with a mac wireless router.. does this make a difference when trying to get my xbox to recognize the internet connection? I have also set up an xbox live account. Please help! Thanks!

To use wireless on the xbox u need to buy a internet box (for the xbox 360). Then you have to connect the xbox 360 and internet box with a ethernet cable.
i had the same problem wen i got mine.call up the xbox live problem number n theyll have u go through ur computer n get numbers n stuff u gotta put into ur xbox so it culd recognize the internet
Not sure but have u tried an an hdmi cable or buy a seperate port
