How to get rid of Windows 7 Starter and get it replaced with just Windows 7?

I just bought a Dell Inspiration Mini and I hate that I can change it’s appearance due to it only has Windows 7 Starter. Is there anyway I can change this? Please and thank you.

You have to buy Windows 7 Home Premium Anytime Upgrade which is $80. You can then use it without as many restrictions.
Upgrade to Windows 7 Home premium it’s around 49 dollars.
7 starter is put on thoose as its not a grunty computer, you willl either have to buy the upgrade or download it and do a clean install
but i wouldn;t bother as it will take more than your pc prob has hadware wise
Matt EVERY BODY keep asking this question here on yahoo forums you CANNOT change the appearance. Do NOT upgrade to Windows 7 Home because Win 7 starter is a much lighter version of Win 7 home.
You will have to live with it or…. go for Linux works well on a mini

You can upgrade from Windows 7 using the Windows Anytime Upgrade: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/windows-anytime-upgrade. Once you upgrade you CAN change your background, theme and customize your Windows features.
