How do I remove spyware that does not allow my computer to come on right?

I have a laptop that has this screen that comes up saying I have a lot of spyware on my computer. It says its "MSAntispyware 2009". Have not recently downloads games or anything like that. With each booting it comes up over most other programs.

MSAntispyware 2009 is a virus! I had the same problem.. downloaded it and it said that IT was the virus. If you have a security program, scan your computer and let it take down the virus. The warning saying that you have a virus is true, but the program is wants you to download IS the virus. So, I recommend, you go into you (C:) drive through My Computer or Computer and look around for anything related to MSAntispyware or have your security software do it’s thing. Make sure it is something trustworthy like AVG, Norton, and MacAfee
Get STOPZILLA it costs 10 bucks for a year. I just got it yesterday . I had a similar virus and it did a great job of cleaning up my desktop
