How do I stop windows 7 from asking for my password?
I just bought a new computer and now have windows 7. Any time I shut down the computer or reboot I am asked for my password. I do not want to put in my password everytime I reboot my computer. I didn’t have to do this with my last computer. What can I do so that my computer will not ask for a password and I can automatically come in?

ok. this blog is just for windows 7 password security. you can get help from it.

set no password
Here’s what I’d do with Windows Vista. This turns on AutoLogin.
Do this:
1.Click the Windows button.
2. In the text box, enter
control userpasswords2
and press Enter.
3.In the list box, select the user you want to be automatically logged in on a boot.
4.Uncheck the Users must enter a user name checkbox. (If it’s already unchecked, check it, then uncheck it again. Sounds stupid, but it’s important. Make sure the user selected stayed where you wanted it.)
5.Click the Apply button.
6.An Automatically Log On dialog box will appear. Enter the user’s password in the two text boxes, then click the OK button.
The change should take effect the next time you boot up.
Note that this will not bypass the login screen if you log out but do not turn off or reboot the machine.
Remove the Windows 7 password. If you forgot or lost the login password, I recommend you to download windows password unlocker to erase windows admin password
If you are logged on as an administrator you can change the password policy settings for your computer: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Change-password-policy-settings.
I would not recommend removing the password completely because it is great security measure to have in place. More about security here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/taking-control-of-computer-security
Hope you are enjoying Windows 7!
