How do i get rid of spyware permanently?

I have had all the best spyware programs & virus protectors but somehow they manage to get through every program. Its annoying!

When installing ANY new application, check the EULA for ‘Toolbars’ and/or other crud they try to slip past ya’.
**CRITICAL RECENT DEVELOPMENT**
Get this: the ‘new’ Yahoo by default, allows your Yahoo! contacts computers, to send to whatever 3rd party software they have on THEIR computer, information about you! Can you believe that!!?
This is something you must end ASAP.
Look in your mail account settings (ya, it’s buried very conveniently) and uncheck this box!
Go to your Yahoo! Mail: near the "Welcome (your name)", tick the ‘Profile’ link; next page, upper right corner, tick ‘Settings’; next page, near the bottom is the box to uncheck.
And the deterioration of trust with Yahoo! grows…it’s pathetic.

There’s two very good security programs that are very easy to use and their free versions are better than most expensive programs like Mcaffee,Norton,Avg etc! Malewarebytes antimalware and Comodo firewall pro.
A video is better than a thousand words so I put a few videos together from my main man"Matt" They explain how to install and use these programs. I’ll give you the link for the videos 1st than the free download.So get out the popcorn,sit back and watch some videos and start killing those pesky bugs

My husband and i had luck getting rid of spyware using a website that takes you through it step by step. Just look for the XO or Vista section for whichever you use.
