Looking at processors at newegg.com can be a bit confusing. Can anyone explain to me what these specs are and what they do?

Should I be focused on the Ghz aspect?

look at ghz and the chache the more in the L1 and L2 the faster, but its also more expensive for more in the chache and you should get a dual core and something better than a celeron D, there obsolete
look for FSB Speed = front side bus the more is better
and also look for L1 and L2 cache.
and Speed of processor.
