Make sure you have the updated drivers for your graphics card: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
Also, do an malware scan on your computer. Chances are that there might be malicious programs slowing it. Malwarebytes is free: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
This should fix it.
Do you have the drivers installed on your videocard?
Is your computer getting to hot? Like a flickering in the game? If it is dust it out and keep it out in the open, not tucked away.
Your ram is low but not terrible. WOW is not a CPU intensive game so it’s most likely and issue with your card, which is fine per the game specs.
Your Graphics Card should be able to handle WoW. It’s probably your RAM that’s slowing you down.
While playing warcraft open Task Manager (CTRL ALT DEL) and click on performance. Compare your CPU Usage to your Memory.
If your memory is almost completely used then
1) close all the other applications that you are running while playing (iTunes, stuff like that). close explorer.exe (that should free about 25 more mb) you can open it again using the File > New Task command.
2) improve on your RAM.
its probably your ram, try closing any unused programs while playing and delete unnecessary addons.
