Mac in a pc intel quad core processor using virtual os?

i have a intel quad core processor i have windows xp running on it . i want to know is it possible to install mac using any virtualization software. if so how

Apple Terms of Agreement state that you cannot install Apple software on non-Apple hardware. That means it is pretty much illegal to install Mac on a normal PC; it has to be a Mac laptop or desktop.
There is a project called OSx86 (dubbed "Hackintosh") that ports Mac OS X to be able to run on PCs. These are available for download on the Internet, but all of them are illegal. Currently it seems that VMware is only able to run it, and with a few bugs too. So if you really, really want to get Mac on your PC, do it at your own risk.
