How do I remove Spyware Guard 2008 from my laptop?

So I tried going onto the internet on my laptop, but it wouldnt work because Spyware Guard 2008 messed it up. So since the internet on the laptop doesnt work, I guess that means I cant download anything to get rid of Spyware Guard 2008. So what do I do to get rid of it?

You can download and scan your computer for free.
As the computer is booting press your "F8 Key" repeatly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" . Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.
After into safe mode,run an anti-spyware to remove the spyware and adware on you computer.
Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.

Run a quick scan it will ask you to restart after. Run a full scan and repeat until you get a return of 0. Install Spy Bot and it will control what can change your registry.
If you have access to the internet right now you should be able to download this and run it. Without the internet its not looking too good. You need to get a thumb drive and download it on another machine and then install and run to remove it.
