run more than one OS(already installed on hard drive) at once?

i have Vista and XP installed on 2 partitions on my hard drive and i want to run XP and vista at the same time. could anyone recommend a solution or a program that may help me. thnx in advance
please dont post stupid answers lik "who cares" or "i dont know"

At the same time? use VMWare Workstation and when you select a virtual hard drive or whatever pick "use physical disk" and chose the other partition. Itll be like a VM but use the OS on that partition. This is the only way to do this, so its your only choice.
You can use VMware Workstation for this purpose. then you can install any OS thru this software. your Main OS will be running VMware Workstation as an application, and this application will let you instal as many OS as your machine supports. So you can work on xp and vista at same time.
