I have an unlocked iphone but it is disabled since my family member updated the I tunes…
Can someone assist me with trying to get my phone functional.
It is running on Version 3.1.2 (7e18)

I think it’s actually running 3.1.3 7e18. And if it is, there’s no way to unlock it.
you should never do that. ask your parents for help. that also happened to me. i asked my parents for help. you should do that.
