I have a virus called Security Center on my PC which mimicks Microsoft but in reality its just spyware. How do I use Ctrl Alt Del to disable it and pevent it from starting up? I don’t know which files to delete and I’d hate to disable the wrong files.

When using Ctrl+Alt+Del you are just disabling a program momentarily. In order to complete disable a program from running at windows startup, your gonna have to change the start up configuration. Here’s how you do it:
1. Go to Start-> Run
2. Enter ‘msconfig’ and click ‘Ok’
3. The System Configuration Utility window pops up and go to the ‘Start Up’ tab
4. Unselect the programs you do not want to start up when you turn on your computer.
5. Click Ok and then click ‘Restart’ in order for your changes to take affect.
Your done.

You most likely will be unable to remove any kind of malware with the windows task manager (Ctrl Alt Del), due to the fact that most malware hides the system processes which it uses. Also, ending a process would only temporarily solve the problem, since malware processes habitually start up again. Your best bet is to run a reputable antimalware solution such as Malwarebytes.
If you want to know about problem processes using Task Manager there’s a free program from Microsoft called Process Explorer. It will tell you which Program a process is related to:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx
If you want to find out which processes are potentially dangerous or unwanted Prio will highlight known safe ones in green and unsigned ones in red. Just because a process is highlighted in red doesn’t mean that it is definitely unsafe but it should be investigated.

Can you use Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up the task manager? Normally System Security disable the task manager preventing you from ending the process of System Security. You’re on the right track there. See in this link to tell you which one to kill. If you cannot bring up the task manager, don’t worry, because also in the link, you can download and rename Process Manager from Sysinternals to kill the process of System Security.
In this link it has helpful information and also Malwarebytes to download if you haven’t got it and the correct way to use Malwarebytes too.
