Change the resolution.
Goto Start -> Programs – > World of warcraft

You need a video card that supports the game. If you don’t have it the game will crash. Look online or on the box for the requirements. Choose WoW
Or you can go here to see if you can run it:
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest
it means it cant run it and is freezing up your comp-read the side of WOW box and see if your comp is capable of meeting it min requirements—The system requirements for World of Warcraft:
PC:
•Processor: 800MHz or higher CPU.
•RAM: 256Mb or more.
•Video: GeForce 2 or better
•Hard Drive Space: 3Gb or more available.

Update your video card to the latest version, you can check what kind of video card you have by going to Device Manager and find the driver online. As well as your graphics card.
