how to enable "Virtualization" in bios settings ?

hi to every one
i have Gigabyte G41M(ES2L) i am using windows 7 ultimate on my pc i want to run windows 7 xp mode on my pc so first i run on my pc securable and check my system is able to run virtulization so it says yes but there shows "virtulization is locked on" i dont know how to enable this from bios set up so any body help me and tell me how to enable this form bios set up
