World of Warcraft installation CD does not start?

I need help pls. I just bought a new WoW CD and when I put it into my CD drive, nothing pops up. The program cannot even be found in My computer.

Can other CDs be recognized in your CD Drive?
Are your CD Drive Drivers up-to-date?
Did you buy the WoW DVD trial or version and are you trying to use that in a CD-only Drive?
There are a number of issues that it -could- be, but instead of banging your head on the keyboard, you could
1) download the game from Blizzard (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com)
2) Copy the file folder from a friend who already has it installed and toss the folder onto your computer,
3) sign up for a free trial and upgrade that through digital download.

You can try to download it from wows website if the CD doesnt work

just create a 10 day trial acc and download it online
Have you cleaned the CD? If you dont have an apple look it up in my windows it has to be their unless its not the installation disc
Try downloading from world of warcraft website or contact world of warcraft support. Weird why doesnt it work?
