Currently having window XP. Say if I have virus and spyware, and I’m too lazy to delete them and stuff, will all of these malwares be deleted if I updated my window to either vista or window 7?

if your computer is now infected with viruses and/or spyware.
You should use an antivirus program and antispyware software.
Here you have more information on computer security, as well as good and free programs that you can download into your computer:
http://adware-scan-online.com
All are safe and can be trusted and you can download one.
NO SUCH AS UPDATE LEARN THE TERMS FIRST YOU WILL NEED TO INSTALL THE FULL VERSION OF WINDOWS 7 AND AT THE SAME TIME FORMAT YOUR HAD DRIVE WITH CLEAN INSTALLATION THEN INSTALL CA ANTIVIRUS PERIOD!
Probably not…
Unless you choose to format your entire drive, in which case you lose all your files as well.
This guide is fairly easy to use, takes a little while, but at the end your computer will be reasonably clean and you can post for more help if you need it:

So those are pretty much your choices:
Clean the computer.
Back up your files and format, then upgrade (which may mean installing XP again before you can install Vista).
Lose your files.
Live with the viruses.
Not really unless you did a full installation and reformat the harddrive
No upgrading won’t get rid of the virus. If you clean install (wipe the whole system and start fresh yes.)
It’s doubtful if your hardware would support the robust nature of 7; Vista maybe, but if it can, then a clean install of Vista would kill the malware.
The real problem is not what operating system you have: it’s what you’re doing with it.
Many of the same problems will re-appear no matter what OS you have, unless you change the users habits, and modify the default rubbish that Microsoft ships with their OS’s.
