Can I download and run any spyware detector with Mcafee or will it cause a conflict? What is a good one?

I have Mcafee virus scan and had major problems getting it installed. Now that it is installed, I’n wondering if I can add a spyware detecter without causing problems with conflicts with Mcafee. What is a good one?

1) Windows defender is free but u need legal windows OS
Can schedule auto scans anytime, microsoft support
2) Spybot Search n Destroy
Great tool to use, manual scan/update
3) Spywareblaster
Another nice one, immunise your system even before u get
spyware, manual update
4) Ad-aware Personal Edition (for adware)
Awesome! Used this for a couple of years

mcafee is poo and you will already have spyware detector installed,my advice get rid of macafee and get norton instead
These should not conflict and are very good and free:
Superantispyware, A-Squared Free 3.1, Spyware Terminator.
