How do I remove this spyware from my laptop?

I tried spydoctor, but the program is not able to even start. I keep getting a pop up after every 10 seconds where it says that my laptop has been infected by spyware, internet virus, etc. Is there any other method to removing this thing?

Try malwarebytes.org. It’s free.
you have to go to add or remove programs find the software on the list click delete and then look for it in your recycle bin and click empty. its really important that you delete it from your recycle bin or else it will come back……….. Hope this Helps!!!!
