How do I get rid of a spyware warning balloon?

It pops up in the corner of my screen constantly!Says system alert also spyware has been detected and to click on the balloon to download a removal program.I already have a program,and this wont go away!!

ok ..u have spayware , it’s a programe and they trying to sell it to u by pushing u.. they put spyware in ur computer telling u that u have to purshse there program to take that virus off.. so what u have to do is run anntispyware , but THE POINT IS TO RUN IT IN SAFE MODE , start/run type msconfig choose general and check diagnotic then resart ur computer and run the antispyware .. also to be sure that u already toke it off complitly , go to start/run type regedit and choose edit/find type the name of that program and ok , when u find it delete it and hitt F3 to next find them delete , keep doing that till u finish it complitly . DO NOT FORGET THE POINT IS THE SAFE MODE
