Dual boot windows 7/older version?

ok, i have windows 7 installed, ive created a second partition, and want to install windows me (i know the WORST OS EVER. but i want it. now if i run the me install like normal (fdisk, format X:) and install on that partition will it automatically boot to windows 7 or ME and if it boots to me how do i change that, and how do i choose an operating system on startup (ie. do i need to install GRUB). please help and dont tell me virtualization i dont want that. a
well i wanna use me cuz i have an install disk, if i like the way the install goes im gonna buy a 98 disk.
