How do you turn on parental Control a ps3 to block the chat room on the ps3?

Is there a way to turn on parental Control on a ps3 to block the chat room on the ps3 but let it still play certain games like M games.

yeah you can, block chat port ( forgot ????)at the router level
I’m not sure if you can even block the chat room.
