Bank of America Transfer DOWN !

Well bank of America transferring is not working. I have called BofA and they have stated that due to system upgrades that are taking longer than expected the system of making transfers is not working. It should be up in the next couple of hours but they are not sure. This was a couple of hours ago that they told me this. What a day for the system to go down, the first of the month when most of the nation is making their house payment. This includes me as I usually keep my money in the savings account and then transfer to checking to make my payments so hopefully this is fixed soon so I can make my house payment. Please comment on what you have been told as to when it will be coming back up and your thoughts on this. Sometimes new technology fails

I am having the same problem, I was just about to transfer money to my car payment into my primary checking account, and now I can;t. The amount is taken directly out of my checking, so if that clears today and I get an overdraft fee I will be VERY UPSET!
yep understand same problem here, my house payment is “pending” but it shows negative so have to transfer money by the end of the day. Now we wait and hope
I just called BofA to speak to customer service, I was told the wait would be 14 minutes, then the automated service said \"I\’m sorry we are not able to process your call, please hang up\" I am sooooo upset!
I waited 13 minutes and finally got to talk to someone but they were not able to make the transfer for me either. They have done a horrible job communicating with us loyal customers. All it takes is a stupid message on their site updating us with what is being done to fix this problem and how long it will take !!!!!
In finally got through, after almost 15 min of waiting, I was told the problem was being worked on, and that any fees I would incur as a result, would be credited back to my account..so I hope that’s the case
I just got on and finally it let me transfer money… the first time it said couldnt process the transaction and then I hit submit again and it worked …. go ahead and try again it may work for you now !! Good Luck

I’ve been trying since this morning. I need to transfer to pay my rent due today. They told me earlier it should be up in 2 or 3 hours and it’s been 5 hours and still nothing. I hope this problem is solved soon…
They say there will be no NSF fees and such but who’s to say that’s really true…
