How far ahead of the console GPU technology is the GPU technology we see in PCs today?

Well, I got my 4870×2 a week ago (lucky me 
) and I was just wondering, how powerful is the 4870×2 against say, the PS3 and 360’s graphics chips? Just curious.

The PS3’s graphics is like a 6800 ultra in PC terms.
The 360’s graphics is like 6200 in PC terms.
Congrats on the beastly card, should max out just about everything you throw at it. And modern GPU’s for PC are definitely superior to that of say a PS3 or 360. They’ve been out for a couple years now and have gone nowhere since. Whereas PC technology moves much faster. Have fun with the card!
