Can the Windows 7 Language Packs (MUI packs) work well with Win7 PREMIUM? Cause’ I always hear only Enterprise and Ultimate could? My current language is Chinese, how to change to English in Win 7 Premium.

Hello Matrix,
Windows Language Packs (MUI) are only available for Enterprise and Ultimate. You may want to look at the Language Interface Pack (LIP) and see if that will help. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/How-do-I-get-additional-display-languages.
The information Ricky gave you is how to update your Input Language which enables you to write and edit in the language of your choice, which you can use on Professional. Under the "Start Menu" select "Control Panel" then "Clock, Languages and Region" where you select "keyboards and languages"- here you can change your keyboard and select Language. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Add-or-change-an-input-language
Good Luck!

Click “Start” and then click on “Control Panel.
Click the option in the task pane that says “Switch to Classic View" if your “Control Panel” is in “Category View.”
Double click “Regional and Language Options.” The “Regional and Language Options” dialog box will appear.
Click on the “Languages” tab.
Under “Language Used in Menus and Dialogs”, select the language you want.
Click “Apply” and “OK.”
