I don´t know how they make it, and it looks promising and a tech you can depend on. But wouldn´t be easier just to play the instant replay? When I see a computer marking where the ball stands, I remember that computers can do anything, from stretching to making shorter a ball trayectory. Humans designed and controls the virtual cameras, and I know they´re trustable and honorable, but I´d prefer let the human factor out of the formula.

What is the 21st century way to search for new jobs or new careers?

If the artistes of the previous centuries’ (Angelo, Ruben, DiVinci, Vango and ect.) had, had access to today’s technologies, would they have been as good as they were? Could they have created even better masterpieces? Or does part of their greatness come from the careful prep work and resourcefulness that they had, had to practice?

In the technical field there are a lot of companies that use tests for potential candidates. They test reading, math, memory etc…
Some of these tests can be very overwhelming and having them timed is another stress added to the mix. Its frustrating living in this era that the only way to get a job today is to pass a standard test given to multiple candidates. I’ve interpreted it as a maze or a weed out procedure of who the companies want and who they don’t want. Has it always been this way? I thought with my experience that I had a great thing going for me. But to my surprise a lot of others from my (current) generation or even older are able to pick up talents and this is where the competition comes from. You no longer have a gift that stands out. Everyone is able to do it. What bugs me is that some way older generations aren’t able to keep up with todays new technologies. So much is expected from us today. How much harder will it be for the coming generations?
