i make my own ringtones on my computer with audacity in mp3 format. how can i get them on my iphone? with verizon, i could simply pix msg myself with the files and save them. but that involved micro sd, and iphone doesn’t have that. so basically how can i upload the ringtones i’ve made to my iphone??

On my Windows laptop, which didn’t have an internal mic, I used to be able to use Audacity to make a stereo mix recording of sounds on the laptop – how can I get my Macbook to do the same thing please? It isn’t working at the moment because it is recording from the built in mic, which I don’t want it to do right now.
