I downloaded a few widgets that I no longer want on my MacBook dashboard. I have looked for them in my Finder, and I can’t find them. I can’t click on them and drag them to the trash. Please help.

I downloaded a few widgets that I no longer want on my MacBook dashboard. I have looked for them in my Finder, and I can’t find them. I can’t click on them and drag them to the trash. Please help.

I watch Netflix on my macbook at night while trying to fall asleep.
I would like to set it up so that Safari closes and then the macbook is shutdown at 1 AM.
I know how to schedule shutdown but it doesn’t shutdown because of the dialog box,
"Safari is running. Do you still want to shut down?"

And by the I am asleep to click "Yes".
So the mac does not continue shutting down.

Does any one know how to do this?

I tried running the BackUP and when I click ‘Back Up’, it does so over the Network without any problem to the chosen location, but when I set the schedule, nothing happens at all. The 2 PC’s are connected on a LAN in the same workgroup and I’ve tried it without passwords and it still doesn’t work. Any ideas out there in Computerland?

When i try to right click or open My network places in windows 2003 server , the application is terminating, task bar is not seen for a while and i am not able to see my network computers
