I bought a V8 and it definitely is cooling it. Right now it’s 29c and I’ve just been watching a movie and it’s paused right now. it usually hangs around 34 at load. I’ve seen it as hot as 36 after I get done with GOW or Need for speed world. How cool does your CPU get using either stock or aftermarket cooler. The reason I ask this is because even though I am VERY happy with the V8 I am new to the aftermarket air coolers so I am curious if this is actually cool for my cpu. Er um I am wondering if your cooler reduced your temp even more and i should look for something better when I put together my computer I am SLOWLY ordering. BTW This CPU average before was about 54. Pretty sure that was the original aluminum stock. I kept the little fan and I am using it to help push air through the back-end that is over the RAM.

Yes it was lengthy. Yes i know this isn’t HOT. Not concerned about heat. Yes I remember you saying something about Sandy getting all hot and bothered but still safe before. I just know some people like all the info. Sorry bout that. Thanks Lib and Hi Guy ☺! SHORT QUESTION IS
How cool is your cpu.Did your aftermarket cooler reduce your temps by more than 20c?
This is a Mid-Tower Desktop.
Lib? You’ve been such a big help and you don’t remember me? I’m so hurt….All kidding aside this is for the computer I’ve been asking ton’s of questions about. I have it here until I finally have all the parts for my new computer. http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=11354589 with this PSU http://www.amazon.com/X4-Series-1050W-Atx-Ps/dp/B002QFMBUE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1303701671&sr=1-1-catcorr. Sure I am taking a power hit but I think this will be more economical in the long run considering the numerous Limited Lifetime Warranties. Yes of course I have called those companies and am finally comfortable in all of my choices.

Im thinking of getting a panasonic hpx170 and i was just wondering if it is easy to get the video from the camera onto a macbook pro to edit. Im going to just plug the camera straight into the computer and not use any p2 card adapters.

I’ve had my MacBook for about 3 years now, and lately I started to notice that it’s becoming a little slower than it’s normally been. I know on PC’s, there’s ways to clear unused space from your computer, and such. Is there any thing I can do with my Mac that would do the same thing, or anything else that could do to make my Mac a little more faster? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
