Question about Apple iPad?

I’ve been thinking about buying an iPad, but I have a question about it. I already have an iPod Touch and I have purchased a lot of music and apps on it which are synced onto my iTunes. What I want to know is that if when I get my iPad and sync it to iTunes on my computer, will all the songs and apps that I downloaded on my iTouch be synced onto my iPad, because I don’t want to have to purchase them all over again. Thanks.

Do you have an Apple IPAD?

Hello.. i am getting an ipad for xmas from my husband and had a few questions.

Basically all i do on my computer is transfer photos of my kids from camera to computer, upload them to facebook etc and generally play about on the internet. Will the IPAD replace my computer if this is all i do? Does the IPAD allow you to browse the internet like Internet Explorer or do you have to have apps for everything, do all websites work?

How many photos would the IPAD 64gb hold? Will i be able to upload photos from IPAD to facebook?

And finally, do you like your IPAD? :) Thanks!
Ps: I dont want an ipod touch.. i already have a Blackberry and a fantastic camera…. i want something that i can use for my needs but compact enough so i can sit and chill on the sofa after a day with my babys rather than sitting at a computer desk! :P
Pps.. yep im aware i need a separate attachment for photos and i wont be getting rid of my computer it will just be moving to another room since i hopefully wont need it as much :)

Trouble loading media on Samsung Galaxy Tab?

I just got a samsung galazy tab today, and I’m having trouble adding content to it via my computer. When I connect it, my computer recognizes it as a camera, and if I try to load music into the audio file, it won’t let me.

My computer is running XP, if that means anything.
it also won’t charge when I plug it in to the computer

I’m exploring the possibility of doing an MS in Comp Sc and engineering from a reputed engineering school in the US.I don’t have a formal computer science academic background – I majored in metallurgical and materials engineering around 7 years back from IIT Kharagpur. However I had few courses pertaining to computing such as Introduction to computing,Data structures and program design and Computational materials engineering

Since graduation, I have been associated with software design and development ,and I carry close to 7 years of relevant industry experience across domains such as Virtualization,EAI,PLM and finance.

I intend to do a specialized MS program in either distributed systems or information networking.Lacking the requisite formal computer science background,I was wondering if it would be possible to go ahead with my career plan?If yes, how do I go about the bridging the gaps? Are there reputed schools in the US that offer MS programs to students with my kind of profile?

So I recently bought a MacBook Pro and I wanted to know what is the best way to keep the battery life healthy. I am not sure if I should always let the charger plugged in all the time, or I should charge the computer fully and then unplug the charger. What is the best way?

Thanks
