The clip on iPad smart cover looks much better than the Samsung covers. Curious as to whether the magnetic connection hinges will clip onto the galaxy tab.

Thinking about buying a Tab; I have my home wi-fi connection and I wonder if I can access my video library on Amazon and download my shows to a Tab, then take the Tab with me elsewhere and watch the programs without needing a data package or 3g / 4g….

So I really want to get an iPad for my mum despite the cost; but I was just wondering if it could connect to signal outside like phones or does it have to have one of those little BT things? And my mum would probably use the iPad for more grown up apps and things like reading, emailing and learning you know? – waste of money??? If so does anyone know a similiar type of iPad thingy?
