I am setting up a two server with windows server 2003. One for domain controller and one for sub-domain controller (backup). I cannot ping them by connecting to a switch with Cat-5 cable. However, I can ping them by using a crossover cable and the switch works once the servers are connected by the crossover.

Hi, we have windows 2003 server as domain controller, i want to stop a user from installing any softwares on his system. how to do that gemme complete steps.
I dont understand ‘GPO’

I want to see what users have moved or deleted files from the domain controller on a Windows 2003 Server (Active Directory). Users are loging in to the domain controller using Windows XP Pro.

I went into server 2003 and went to promote my server to a domain controller. It gives me the error message that tcp/ip needs to be configured properly. But the only nic im showing is a 1394 net controller. What could be the problem?

I recently tried playing WoW on my Dell Dimension 3000 and could not play due to my Intel 82865G controller.

I was wondering what I should buy to use to play WoW, and something under 80 dollars or so?

If any other information is needed tell me

Thanks!
