I love graphic designing and playing with design programs. I think that the MacBook has a ton of applications through iLife ‘08. Does anyone know of any other reasons to buy the MacBook (and is it that much worse than the MacBook Pro?) Thanks!

I’m planning on applying to Parsons school of design (and a bunch of other art schools) for fashion design and I think they require their students to purchase a macbook. Just curious if anyone knows if it needs to be a pro or is a regular macbook fine and what the main differences are. I searched all over Parsons’ site and couldn’t find anything. Can anyone help?

Do you think the new iPad is a replacement iPhone and therefore aren’t going to develop a new design this year? Or do you think there’ll be a new one in the summer like normal?

Because my iPhone 3G contracts up for renewal in June, so I don’t want to get a 3GS just for the 4G iPhone to come out the month later.
