, i connect to internet by using a device(ONT) with RJ45. that ONT connects with ISP via optical fiber, and this ONT is not a modem or router. can any one tell how to configure my static IP pool to my server so i can use VPN and host my web site

I know there’s a way to control a computer via smart-phone but all the apps I have tried need the computer to use wireless internet. I have seen computers hardwired use a feature similar with an iphone. What do I need to do to make this work with my droid?

Just curious. I know the IPad comes with WI-FI, but don’t you still have to have internet at home to access the internet on the IPad? Or, does the IPad have built in Internet?

If so, what kind of a performance decrease can be expected, and would it be a noticeable decrease if using a cable broadband connection that averages about 20,000 kpps download and 4,500 kpps upload shared among 6 to 7 client computers running an online citrix application?
