Windows server 2003 giving strange problems?
Hie guys I really need yo help here. I’ve been working with server 2003 for some time now but never in my career have I experienced such a problem.
Recently I installed Windows Server 2003 Enterprise edition on 15 ASUS P4 Machines. The machines already have 2000 Pro, Server 2000 and XP so that makes server 2003 the fourth OS.
I’ve networked all the Operating Systems recently and all of them are joining my domain and are pinging each other perfectly.
But come to Windows server 2003, then the problem starts.
I’ve even tried using a different switch, changing the IP scheme, disabling the windows firewall e.t.c but the machines cannot even ping each other.
The funny part is other operating systems are working.
Also, server 2003 is working fine on a different set of machines in a different subnet.
Im suspecting that there could be some hardware problem with the ASUS machines thats making server 2003 not work.
Help!

Windows 7 OS questions?
I was looking into some windows 7 facts at this website:

I used the program that they have to figure out if you can have 64 bit or not. When I downloaded it and ran it, my max bit length is 64, my Hardware D.E.P is a yes, but my hardware virtualization is locked off. It says:
Virtualization Locked Off
This processor’s advanced hardware support for virtualization has been disabled and "locked off" by some external influence – most likely by this system’s BIOS as the system was booting. Since enabling hardware virtualization will allow faster and more secure virtual machines and their hosting operating systems to run at 100% full speed, you may wish to poke around in your system’s BIOS to see whether you’re able to find any references to "hardware virtualization" or "VMX", etc.
What should I do? I am running a 32 bit windows vista home premium
How to install Vista AFTER Windows 7 so that I can dual boot my laptop?
I have some applications that run just fine on Vista, but my laptop came installed with Windows 7 Home premium, which does not support those applications. I now want to install Vista so that I have the option to dual boot from any one of the operating systems that I choose.
Could you please explain how to do this or give me a link to a good article that explains this process? Remember, I ALREADY I have Windows 7 installed, and also want to install Vista to run alongside it.
