I can’t find the option to remove installed programs. There’s not an option to uninstall when I open the actual program. I know there’s a way to do it, I just haven’t figured it out yet. My macbook is 6 days old and it’s driving me crazy. Please help.

Maybe just a simple paint program at the least? Could you also use a stylus instead of your fingers? (And I’m not misspelling ipod, I actually mean the new ipad!)

Is there a program that you can use in a MacBook to record the voice and add efects or just to record?? And if there is how do you use it?

I have every sunday and thursday kapersky anti-virus to check for viruses in critical areas at 1am then i have diskeeper (defragment program) run every monday and friday at 1am, then i have spybot search and destroy run every tuesday and saturday and automatically fix problems, then i have ccleaner run every wednesday at 1am. i do this so the computer isnt doing a defragger checking viruses and doing something all at one time which is why i break it up. I also have my important files backed up to mozy.com. I use firefox and have mcafee siteadvisor and noscript on. Any other useful programs i can use that would help me?
