I have this program called ultimate cleaner 2007. Its an annoying spyware program that creates pop ups on my computer even when Im offline. I’ve tried removing, searched for it, went through my hard drive and went throuhg add/remove programs list. I found a program to solve the problem but it costs money. Im running spyware docter and that got everything but the ultamite cleaner 2007, can someone please help me?

I have tried almost every spyware remover and this spyware program remains intalled. It appears in my toolbar and stays there.

In Windows 7 there is a simple scanning program. Click on Start > All Programs > Windows fax and scanning. Then click Scan. A simple scanning software comes up. How can a make a shortcut directly to this simple scanning program?

I have a program for my mac (macscan), and pretty much all it finds is tracking cookies, which i’m assuming is somewhat the same as spyware?

The local techs were unable to help me. I guess that they don’t have the "right" program. With today’s technology, somebody should be able to do this. . .help, please.
