What’s a good program to scan for viruses and spyware for free?

My anti-spyware program found more than 20 threats in my computer, including Worms, and Adware. I want to know more about the styles of spyware threats, as well as the removal instructions. If there is any one know such sites, please help!!!

Someone told me they would invite me to the 3x exp program where we both earn exp faster than normal. I don’t know what to do because I’m new to World of Warcraft. Should I? Or just purchase the game and what not and ignore the offer?

And don’t say by downloading a program like SuperAntispyware because i have been through all that and i have also already done one System Recovery. Obviously this didn’t remove the spyware. What can i do and how do i do this if its possible?

What do I with the Vista Guardian virus/spyware program on my computer?
I realized that the program is only annoying me on the guest account but not on the other accounts. However, I’d still like to get rid of it very much. Please don’t give the manual way of removing it like I’ve seen on other places, I’m not the greatest with computers so I’m afraid of making an error and messing something up. Thanks.
