This comes with HDMI ports. Can I use this monitor to play PS3 and also use it for my PC? Can it do both?

I have a 360, wii and ps3. I’m staying at a house that doesn’t have wifi. We thought we’d try watching Netflix using my Galaxy Tabs mobile hotspot. The 360 wouldn’t load it at all. We are able to get the wii to load the videos, but it needs to "retrieve" often. I haven’t tried the Ps3 yet, but I’m not expecting better results. Is it possible to do something on the tablet that would make Netflix on the Wii run smoother? The tablet is right next to the wii and it looks like the connection is great, 3 bars, any ideas?

Thinking of purchasing a 3D TV and player but would we have to replace our current DVD’s with 3D DVD’s in order to watch them in 3D?
We also watch a lot of movies online through the PS3, would the games or online movies be viewbale in 3D if played through the 3D player and tv.
Thanks
