My computer had a virus so i had to reboot everything. All my songs deleted off my iTunes. How do i transfer my songs from my iPhone to my iTunes?

I need to grant users rights to reboot servers remotely but, I don’t want to make them full admins. Is there a set of permissions I can grant so that the only thing they can do is reboot the server remotely with the shutdown command. i.e. shutdown -r -m \server

Basically what the question reads, my internet just crashes. Then I have to wait 30 seconds for the reboot.

I just bought a new computer and now have windows 7. Any time I shut down the computer or reboot I am asked for my password. I do not want to put in my password everytime I reboot my computer. I didn’t have to do this with my last computer. What can I do so that my computer will not ask for a password and I can automatically come in?
