I have problems with the new server running MS Small Business Server 2003 R2. I was trying to reinstall OS when loading from CD-ROM but in one of the first dialogs I got a message that my hard drives were not found. Will it make a difference if I try to reinstall OS from Safe Mode?
Yes they are SATA drives.
And no, I haven’t fixed the "Applying computer settings" yet. Actually I tried to reinstall APC server and console in safe mode, but next time I tried to load server I got a message that I have to run "Directory Services Restore Mode". It’s so messed up, I have no idea what to do now.
Data is not a problem either, it’s a brand new server, not even connected to other workstations yet.

I can understand having to reinstall patches or run the repair exe, but I’m wondering if it has to be directly tied into something like the registry or the system32 or Windows folder or something, I think I’ve tried something like this before a long time ago and I don’t think it worked.

It’s copying over right now. If it doesn’t work, why not? and what could I do to fix it?

I just installed windows 7 onto my mac. But apparently I need to reinstall bootcamp to switch back over to my mac settings. But I cant find the software that came with my mac to do that. Is there anyway I can uninstall windows 7 from my mac?
