I have a sony vaio that I just purchased. I went into my bios and it has the option to enable or disable the intel virtualization technology. Could someone tell me what this exactly is? Thanks

i am having a sony vaio laptop which has an intel pentium p6100 processor,this processor does not supports virtualisation technology ,i have downloaded lion os x dmg image through torrentz and now i want to run it on my vm ware but it ends up with the message that the host does not supports vt,can anybody help me out,will downloading pre installed vm ware image of lion os x work with this processor?

I already have a very good large high-performance laptop, and already have an iPod Touch. I am basically in 8th Grade now. What should I get??? I thought of the iPad, or Samsung Galaxy Tab, but still not sure. For a netbook, maybe a Sony Vaio. Price Range: 0-800 max. I need help, I cannot choose. I do not despretly need one for portability.
