I think I may have gotten a virus.My computer is only 1.5 years old….And its extremely slow…What should I do? what website should I go to inorder to get a good spyware remover?

I had one that was google spyware remover or something, and I deleted it. I really need some help.

I have an ad for SWS Spyware Remover that pops up over and over and over. I have tried to get rid of it by running adaware, windows defender and Symantic antivirus scans. What can I do to get rid of this?

My other computer has windows xp but it is full of spy ware and i dont know why… so i am forced to use my windows 2000 wich sucks… i need a spyware remover to remove all of it so i can use it again.
