MYSQL 'LIKE' function Please help:( with PHP?
I am trying to create a form where a user can type in a Name of a business, a city, and a state.
The DB will return all values that are close…
i.e.
if there is a two part word ‘Mozy Cafe’ I need it to show up if they just type in ‘Cafe’ or ‘Mozy’.
I also need the same result if there is a two part City..
Here is my SQL:
"SELECT * FROM services WHERE serviceName LIKE ‘$_POST[serviceName]‘ AND serviceCity LIKE ‘$_POST[city]‘ AND serviceState = ‘$_POST[state]‘";
It is just returning 0, when there are 15 entries for a given select.
Any info would be great. Thank you:)
Thank you Donnie. That was it:)
I always forget those!!!!!
On server 2003 Enterprise, what is meant by, active directory is rebuilding indices?

can someone give me some direction with a technical career?
I just graduated from a state college with computer information science degree, and I need some direction forward. I will enjoy anything technology related, so the main question is which skills are most needed today ( and in the next few years)? I am very confident in my ability to pick up a book or online tutorial and learn new things, I just don’t know which direction to go in. please help me clarify things. thanks
