i was just wondering is it SAFE for me to backup my apps and files with an ONLINE BACKUP SERVICE e.g. MOZY ? My main concern is getting rid of this virus. I just thought that MOZY sounded convenient. If it isnt such a great idea then what is the safest way for me to do my backup? PLEASE HELP!!

I used to use limewire when i had a pc, but that gave me a virus.
Now i have a macbook and i use iTunes but thats getting expensive. What program is good and works well with a mac?

I ve read that by using a virtual pc is a very good way to advoid virus etc.(1) is this true? (2) is this possible with xp pro? (3) what (if any) is a good program to d/l (free?) that a 60yr can easily setup n use on regular basis?… thanks…
