If I buy a refurbished galaxy tab from walmart it will save me 0 dollars. Will it make a huge difference from a new one?

Walmart told me that the iPhone 4 was coming to Verizon next year. Is this true?

I am currently stuck in a very hard place right now (lol). I need to decide which one i need to get. The galaxy tab will be avaliable june 8th and I need to get something for school (12th grade high school but soon college). iPad has alot of education apps but galaxy tab will be bigger and support flash. Just also wondering I know walmart sells this little stylist pen for the ipad..is it good for drawing (formulas, physics, art conceptions, ect.) and taking notes? And will school or majority of schools even allow tablets? Please consider all details of both products please so i can get a good well thoughout answer. Thank you.

I want to go buy an iphone but I use verizon. Can I do that? Like buy the phone without a contract and then activate the iphone using my verizon account or whatever?
How do I get it unlocked? So like if I went to Walmart or Radio Shack and just buy the phone with no contract how would I do it?

I already have an android phone on the verizon network, so ive already got the data plan set up. if i buy the droid x for full price at walmart, can i turn it on and activate it by myself?
