I was just wondering, If i buy an iphone off of craigslist or ebay could I buy Apple care protection plan since I know i will not be able to have a warranty.

My screen broke on my old Droid and I got a new one through the warranty. Now I have 5 days and want all my stuff transfered over. I have an 8Gb card. It is Verizon.

Or do I have to buy it while i am purchasing the apple ipad? I have enough money for the ipad but not enough for the warranty…. it is 100 dollars right?

If I jailbreak it, will verizon void the warranty if it breaks?

I know that apple protection plan is available, but I didn’t buy it yet. I read that you can buy it up to a year after the purchase date, so assuming thats true, I was planning on buying it later on, but is it under any warranty during the year they allow you to wait?
